Opening soonOnline coaching for people whose week does not sit still.
Proper strength and nutrition coaching, built around a full time job, children and the weeks that fall apart. For people who cannot get to Cuckfield, or cannot commit to the same slot every week.
Not open yet. No payment, no commitment, I will just let you know first.
A fixed gym appointment is the first thing a real week destroys
In person coaching works brilliantly right up until your week stops cooperating. A late meeting, a child with a temperature, a fortnight of travel, and the standing Tuesday slot quietly becomes the reason you stopped altogether.
Online coaching removes the appointment without removing the coaching. You still get a programme written for you, your technique still gets looked at, and someone is still paying attention to whether it is working. What changes is that the session happens when your week allows, not when the diary says.
I am building it for the same people I already coach in Cuckfield: parents and professionals in their thirties, forties and fifties who are not chasing a transformation photo, just want to feel like themselves again, and have roughly three hours a week to spend on it.
Coaching, not a downloadable plan
A programme built for you
Written around your goal, your injury history, the equipment you actually have and the number of days you can genuinely train. Not a template with your name on it.
Technique reviewed
You film your working sets, I watch them and tell you what to change. Most bad training is not a bad plan, it is a good plan performed badly.
Nutrition that fits your life
Built around how you already eat, including eating out, travel and family meals. No banned foods and no plan you abandon in a fortnight.
Regular check ins
A proper look at what is working and what is not, so the programme changes as you do rather than drifting for months.
A plan that flexes
Busy month, illness, holidays. The programme bends around them instead of breaking, and you do not start from zero afterwards.
An honest answer first
If in person coaching would serve you better, I will say so on the call. That is worth more to me than one more sign up.
Who this is not for
- Complete beginners who need someone physically moving them into position. Start in person if you can.
- Anyone rehabilitating a serious or complex injury. That needs hands on work and usually a physiotherapist.
- People who know for certain they will only train if someone is stood in front of them. Be honest with yourself about this one.
- Anyone wanting a twelve week transformation. This is built for people who want to still be strong in twenty years.
If you are in Cuckfield, Haywards Heath or Balcombe and you could realistically get to a session, in person is almost always the better choice. Here is how that works.
Want to know when it opens?
Leave your details and I will tell you as soon as online coaching is live. No payment, no commitment, and no marketing barrage in the meantime.
Questions about online coaching
Is online coaching available yet?
Not yet. It opens soon and I am taking names now so I can tell people first. If you want in person coaching in the meantime, that is running as normal in Cuckfield.
How is this different from a training plan I could download?
A downloaded plan is written for nobody in particular and never changes. Coaching means the programme is built around your body, your equipment and your week, your technique gets reviewed, and the plan is adjusted as you go.
Do I need a gym?
No. It works in a gym, and it works at home with a modest amount of equipment. What matters is that the programme is written for what you actually have.
Will you still be coaching in person?
Yes. One to one coaching in Cuckfield is the core of what I do and that is not changing. Online is for people who cannot get to me.
Who is online coaching not right for?
If you are a complete beginner who needs someone physically correcting you, or you are working around a complex injury, in person is better and I will tell you that.
